Who we are

Hi! We are PrimeNeuro, a company committed to ethical, effective use of data to improve the quality of lives of families living with autism.

PrimeNeuro is committed to the security of your data. We hate spam. We hate phishing. And it’s critically important to us that you feel safe providing any information on our site.

Our website address is: https://primeneuro.com.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

This site uses a popup form to collect your name, email address, and other relevant information provided in the form. This subscription is used to notify you about related content and company updates. You can opt our or unsubscribe at any time in the future by clicking a link in the bottom of any email.

We also collect basic IP information for analytics, anti-spam, and security purposes. This is helpful for us to understand how often our site is being visited, to ensure our contact email is not being spammed, and to ensure any information users have entered on our site is secure.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies.

Analytics

We collect basic IP information for site traffic analytics using a service called JetPack. The following is the WordPress.com Stats privacy disclosure from Jetpack. Note that PrimeNeuro does not currently have a user registration portal and we do not require users to register on this site.

WordPress.com Stats

Data Used: IP address, WordPress.com user ID (if logged in), WordPress.com username (if logged in), user agent, visiting URL, referring URL, timestamp of event, browser language, country code. Important: The site owner does not have access to any of this information via this feature. For example, a site owner can see that a specific post has 285 views, but he/she cannot see which specific users/accounts viewed that post. Stats logs — containing visitor IP addresses and WordPress.com usernames (if available) — are retained by Automattic for 28 days and are used for the sole purpose of powering this feature.

Activity Tracked: Post and page views, video plays (if videos are hosted by WordPress.com), outbound link clicks, referring URLs and search engine terms, and country. When this module is enabled, Jetpack also tracks performance on each page load that includes the JavaScript file used for tracking stats. This is exclusively for aggregate performance tracking across Jetpack sites in order to make sure that our plugin and code is not causing performance issues. This includes the tracking of page load times and resource loading duration (image files, JavaScript files, CSS files, etc.). The site owner has the ability to force this feature to honor DNT settings of visitors. By default, DNT is currently not honored.

How long we retain your data

Subscriber information is retained in the local database on this site indefinitely for analytic tracking purposes. This data is also stored in a 3rd party service (Mailchimp) indefinitely.

Where we send your data

The subscription form sends data to a 3rd party service (Mailchimp). User info is passed to this external service for contact management and email campaign management. This service may store data abroad.

What rights you have over your data

If you have subscribed to the mailing list, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you at any time. PrimeNeuro may be obligated to retain data for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
